I was so impressed with Sonya! She is an awesome actor! I did not know she too was a student of yours. Cody was great as well. It was a pleasure to work with such wonderful people!
Dear Sonya! How the heck are you...over on your beautiful island!
We are all looking forward to seeing your film and watching you do your stuff! Wishing you great success! We miss you!
Love and Stuff... Wayne
I was there as a media photographer, with the main actos, got to meet the old TARZAN actor, he was real nice to us while filming!
Thanks Sonya for starting this event to support Soul Surfer.
Our family was so blessed and excited when we found out Sonya got the role to play Malina (http://www.soulsurferthemovie.com/page/the-cast.html) in Soul Surfer. Sonya is an incredible talent and a true Kauai girl and a long time friend of the Hamilton family. Our family pushed hard to get as many local actors and music as we could in the film. It wasn't an easy task. Especially when you have so many haole's in our family and the Blanchard family. Haha.
