Happy to see its arrival. It looks good. I wonder how many local Background extras can find themselves in the crowd. Being an "Old Salt" it was fairly easy. Just curious. Has anyone found themselves…Continue

Sorry to hear about your situation with SAG. I just wanted to say I had a bump in pay one day and that included a haircut $18.00, just lucky I guess.

Matt most people are so caught up in the action that they don't really see all that detail
I do cause I like to catch bloopers
Well my fingers are crossed
I sent in for stand-in
Last time I did SI was on TOD & the movie Book of Love
I'll take it if I can get it
Stiff comp for SI work here on the island
I like SI work cause you can learn more then you can working BG
Rather do stunts but anything is better then nothing

I wonder what timeframe the movie is set in. I wonder if it's present day, or old school, WWII timeframe. I'm not sure how old the Missouri is, but I am sure that they realize that people would recognize an older ship interior if it's modern day. I'll bet it's going to be huge!

Yeah, I am sure it did not hurt. I would really love to consult for the film if the opportunity is there. After all I am a geek at heart!

That's awesome. I guess being a LCDR was a plus. Good stuff.

So how was it Pat? Did they say anything at all that you would hear from them? Did they tell you right then how they thought you did? I've never been to anything like that so I was curious if they said anything at the audition, or are they just making people wait to hear anything. Congrats on getting the call though. Good luck. Keep us informed.

I agree with what Tom said about the "Great Look"
I get people seeing my profile picture & say "wow you do look like a real cop"
I had thick skin, but after 20+ years in & out of the business it's getting thin because I know age is making it harder to get picked
Yep if you get "Great Look" then your doing good

Pat, did they make you wear your uniform?
