Hilliard,  Next week Joji's going back to the Legislature to lobby for more film productions.  He just got back from the East Coast last night.  We should meet the following week after he talks with the senators.  He'll contact you later today.

Unfortunately, I will be in production on a short film this weekend and next weekend. We had switched the time from Monday afternoon to Monday early evening on the March 16th (around 530pm). Is that time no good? I only have the weekdays as and option for next week. If not I will be unavailable till March 28th. Please let me know.

Hilliard,  Can we meet during the weekend, either Saturday or Sunday in Kahala?  Joji is heading back to Atlanta soon so hopefully next week.  Let me know.  Contact me at: lewlappert@hotmail.com

Its a little tricky but we can carve out some time to meet about the meet and greet for ACM and the Actors. The pitch meetings for the fall are coming up and we might want to shoot for event on that week. I can not call it yet. As far as us meeting it may have to be during a Tuesday or Thursday morning. More like a breakfast meeting. I can come to you guys. Who would like to meet and talk about it? Also email me your response hilliardmeeks@gmail.com.

Hilliard,  Can we meet regarding the 'Meet & Greet' with ACM filmmakers.  We'd love to discuss more in detail what needs to be done.  Joji and you're doing great things to help Hawaii's talent.

Filmmaker Hilliard Meeks and Actor Joji Yoshida is already making plans for their next event.  They have excellent ideas for the Hawaii independent film scene.  Please show your support.  Thank you!

Also, for those attending, parking will be on the street. Guest speakers and even organizers may park in the parking on College Hill. For those interested in helping please call me.

Sorry for being MIA. Just pumped about this event. I am hoping that it will lead to better cohesion in the local film community as well as better cohesion between UH students and the local film community. Just some apologies early. 1. The flyer was a rush job. I was in military drill putting it together at 3am. Proof read!!! Proof Read!!!! Proof Read!!!2. My accessibility was very limited to you guys. This is something I want to fix in the future. 3. Any organizations, acting coaches, or resources that I left out. I apologize on this first one. My goal is to put together some kind of gathering for the school and local community. Other than that, I am stoked about the maiden voyage of what can possibly be a more cohesive film culture here in Hawaii. From humble beginnings, comes greatness through hard work and nurturing. Aloha. See you all there.
