Looking for SAG and Non Union Men, Age 40-70 who are active or retired Military and still look the part. Work date is currently scheduled for the NIGHT of Monday December 7th with a wardrobe fitting Friday November 20th.
Only looking for new faces who have not already worked or been fit for another scene.

Student Veterans of America-NBCUniversal Scholarship
NBCUniversal is committed to increasing diversity both on the air and behind the scenes. Doing so provides a secure, powerful and competitive advantage in the media and entertainment industry. As part of this committment, Student Veterans of America and NBCUniversal have partnered to distribute two (2) $12,000 scholarships to veterans pursuing degrees in film, television, media, or communications!

Interested applicants are encouraged to read the below information carefully. If you meet the eligibility requirements, please click on the link at the bottom of this page to access the application form. Complete all fields and upload the required documents, preferably as PDFs. If you have any questions regarding the application or the scholarship, please contact us here.

To be considered for the Student Veterans of America-NBCUniversal Scholarship, all required materials must be submitted and/or received no later than March 14, 2014, 11:59PM EST.


Eligible student veterans must meet the minimum criteria outlined below:

Be pursuing a degree in film, media, television, journalism, or communications at an accredited four-year institution of higher education for the 2014/2015 year
Submit proof of military service (DD214)
Submit proof of enrollment in an accredited U.S. institution of higher education (transcript)
Be a U.S. citizen

All applicants must answer the following essay. Upload your completed essay on the application page, preferably as a PDF.

Please thoroughly, but succinctly (300-500 words), answer the following essay: Why are you pursuing your chosen degree and what do you hope to accomplish after graduation? Please describe at least one significant academic achievement related to your major.

There's a new national group gaining traction for performers, crew, and other creative types who are veterans, and active duty only. Last month Stan Lee attended their monthly meeting. One of my Wounded Warrior connections, Mike Dowling (Google him if you're skeptical) hooked me up.

The game is simple: "Let's Ask America" polls America about fun and irreverent topics to find out what people are thinking. Then, all the contestants have to do is correctly predict the answer. One of my buddy's and her husband got a call back for a shoot on the first. She went to the special military family casting event this past Saturday. Something out there is moving!
