“Popolo” tells the story of seasoned Special Forces officer, Apollo, who arrives

in Hawaii to fulfill his best friend’s dream of opening a Mixed Martial Arts Academy.

However, when Apollo attempts turning a rundown piece of property located in

a seedy part of town into the MMA Gym, he encounters unforeseen obstacles

involving racism, betrayal, local gangs, a forbidden relationship, and the notorious
