Shawn let me know if this was ok or not
SAG/AFTRA this is non-union .....
We are looking for extras to shoot a pilot for a (yoga) exercise show here on Oahu.

If we are successful we will be doing a series of the show in the future.

No experience is needed. The exercises will be very simple and easy to do.

Must be fit and in good health.

We are looking for Asian men and women (Japanese, Chinese or Korean or other oriental types) between the ages of 20 to 70.

There is no speaking required.

Please send two recent pictures of yourself: one headshot and one full body shot with any other information to:

Thank you for that input Larry. Another one to be cautious of is when they ask for "investors". NEVER pay any kind of money to audition or to be in a film of any kind.

Ok I joined

One I have to post is watch out for productions that say "We are going to be union & you will get union pay"
Don't fall for it
They are out there here in hawaii
Sad part is when you work & then don't get paid
If your new then working non-pay productions will get you set experience
Once you get set experience you can build your resume
Just beaware of the union pay promise, because it won't happen

For those on Oahu, Kathy Muller and ADR are both reputable agencies and are SAG franchised. Here on the Big Island we have Encore Talent owned and run by Lora Bollinger is also a good agency. I would love for anyone else to share info on reputable agents and casting directors.

World Talent is no longer in Hawaii

Beware of "World Talent" agency.
My friend's eight year old daughter did a photo shoot fore them. They had her work nine hours straight with out a break. They did not pay her, except for a jacket. All because World Talent deemed that an eight year old's signature was valid on the contract without a guardian present.
