Well Ms Ferreira, your question seemed simple enough until I started to think about a simple answer. Not at all easy to do. When I started to move into this side of the "Biz" I went to work searching for all the info I could find via the internet. There is a lot out there on the subject. There is also a lot of people out there who are happy to coach you, for a price of course. The simple answer is this... If you think you have a voice then you do. Now you will need to learn how to produce it. You will need to learn some technical skills and you will need some recording equipment. Most VOs produce their own auditions to save time and money. Then after all of that you will need someone to buy your service. It gets down to the hard job of marketing, just like it is in the rest of the entertainment business. I suggest you accept my invitation to join www.voiceoveruniverse.com It is a social site just like this one. there are over 4500 members from the VO community and a lot of very good information to acquaint you with how it all works.
I'm looking to build my list of versatile VO actor contacts and would welcome you to be a part of my network.
