Hey Scott! Hope you're well; I've been busy getting our new house into shape and just got back from an awesome week on the Big Island! Off to Colorado next week to see the 'rents... then I gotta face reality and find a job before this baby gets here... yeesh!
aloha Scott! thanks for volunteering on my PSA! ur character will be the wife-beater. the scene will show u being handcuff and walk by someone of authority. i prefer a uniformed police officer because it will make the scene more powerful. like i said in my message, i asked my HPD buddy if he can do it for me, but he said i need to go to the police station and get a permission first because he can get in some trouble. i went ahead to the station and explain to them about my project, but the public affairs advised me to write a letter to the Chief stating my intentions and wait for the reply. anyway, i may just have to use a security guard or someone. we'll see. just want to let u know that ur scene would only take less than ten seconds and w/o dialogue. i really appreciate u volunteering for my project. i'll call u when everything is complete (script, permits, permissions etc.) mahalo, Rick
