Yoga Means Union

Many of us already understand that Yoga means "union."  That can be further delineated to mean the union of the mind, body, and spirit or mind, body, and breath.  That being the case let us venture together and surmise that whatever endeavors we undertake where we pay attention to our mind-body union or strive to make a connection between the mind and body could be called yoga.

Meditation

To benefit from meditation, you need more than just a glimpse. You need to make a commitment to training yourself in meditation.
